The 2019 IEEE Autumn Meeting on Power, Electronics and Computing (ROPEC 2019) is the XXI edition of the well renowned international conference organized by the IEEE Centro Occidente Section, the Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo (UMSNH), the Instituto Tecnológico de Morelia (ITM), the Information and Communication Technologies Research and Innovation Center (INFOTEC), and the Comisión Federal de Electricidad, División Centro Occidente (DCO-CFE) of Mexico. It will be held on Nov 13-15, 2019 in Ixtapa, Guerrero, México.
Call for papers
The Organizing Committee of the 2019 IEEE Autumn Meeting on Power, Electronics and Computing invite students, researchers and practitioners worldwide to submit full papers for consideration to be presented at the conference. The technical committee will assign oral presentations to the accepted papers. All the papers PRESENTED at the conference will be submitted to IEEEXplore for worldwide exposure if they comply with its rules.
Deadlines :
July 26, 2019: Final full paper submission.- August 9, 2019: Final full paper submission (Extended).
- September 2, 2019: Acceptance Notification.
- September 22, 2019: Final paper submission.

Paper submission:
The paper title as well as the abstract has to be in English, and the body of the paper either English or Spanish and is limited to 6 pages using the IEEE templates found at http://2019.ropec.org/ropec-2019-templates
It has to be submitted in PDF format using easychair for the reviewing process.
